Terms of Use

If you plan on using any of the Web Sets, Desktop Wallpapers or Email Signatures,
you must follow my guidelines. If you do not agree with these guidelines,
you may not use anything offered here at Pammie's Graphic Designs.

Downloading and/or use of any linkware or purchaseware from this site
constitutes your agreement with my terms, whether or not you actually read them.
So please take the time to read these terms.

All linkware web sets may only be used on Personal, Non-Profit,
G-Rated web sites.
Purchaseware may be used on Personal, Non-Profit as well as
Commercial web sites.

You may not offer anything on this site as part of a collection.
Nor may they be redistributed or made available to share as part
of any collections. You may NOT sell my sets or wallpaper.
If anyone asks you if they can use a set you are using,
please have them click on the banner provided with the set,
it will link back to this site.

Only the sets, wallpapers and email signatures available in the
prospective pages may be used, all other contents on this site
may be not used, displayed, reproduced,printed, or made available
as a part of any collection.

I have included a Zip file on each linkware web set. This zip file will
contain all pieces and instructions. Please do not rename or change any pieces.

Do NOT Link to any images on this server! Copy them onto your own hard drive
and upload them to your own server. DO NOT link directly or HOT LINK
to any images on Pammie's Graphic Designs. This is known as Bandwidth Theft.
If you link directly to an image here, my server has to supply the image
every time someone visits your page. Copy to your own hard drive please.

You may not claim any of my sets or wallpapers as your own work. Do not
alter, resize, rename, add text too, rip or tear-apart any of the
graphics or buttons. Please do not mix and match backgrounds from one set
with another or mix with backgrounds found elsewhere.

You MUST display the Banner supplied with each Web Set and it must be linked to
http://pcst.fateback.com/index.html. You must also display any artist
information and links that I have included on any Web Set or Wallpaper.

You MUST leave my watermark on all web sets, wallpapers and email signatures.
If anyone asks for my wallpapers, web sets or signatures, please send them my way.

The Web Set and Graphics used on this Web Site is intended for decoration of
my Web Site only. Please respect my right to retain exclusive use of this part
of my work for my own site. DO NOT COPY.

I would love it if you would show me the page you created using one of my sets.
So why not email me with your page address so I can take a look at your web pages.
